WeldProjects.com process
The challenge
WeldProjects needed to launch as a creator marketplace for engineered welding plans while sharing fulfillment and operations infrastructure with its sister brand Texas Metal Works. Balls were being dropped in fulfillment, reporting was manual, and there was no system for affiliate or influencer partnerships.
Our approach
We built the GTM strategy (affiliate program, influencer outreach, content-focused forum strategy) and developed internal applications for joint site management across both brands — covering orders, fulfillment tracking, completion history, and reporting.
The results
Fulfillment errors dropped significantly, orders shipped faster, and the operations team gained clear completion history and reporting. The internal tools served both WeldProjects and Texas Metal Works, creating unified operations across both brands.
